Dowler Garage has been in business since 1948. The original site was located on rte. 45 in New Preston, Ct.

The original site of Dowler Garage can be seen in the movie Friday the 13th Part 2.

Dowler Garage is owned and opperated by Michael Dowler,

the 3rd. generation of Dowler Garage owners.

Founded by Mike's grandfather, Harry V. Dowler in 1948, Mike carries on the small town values that are rare in today's fast paced world.
